LakeBob Sandlin is in the Tri lakes Area it is the largest of the three, all connected by a dam, attached to Monticello which is a heated lake just for fishing only and Lake Cypress.
We are on the Mt. Pleasant Texas side and very close to town. A few hours from DFW, 1.5 to Shreveport, 1 hr to Texarkana, 2 hours to Tyler, 1 hour to Longview, close to Mt Vernon, Winnsboro, Pittsburg, Lonestar, Oklahoma and many more.
